Flash Roasted Padron Peppers and Crispy Prosciutto
maldon sea salt, good olive oil, romesco sauce and grilled bread

2nd Course
Gambas Al Ajillo’
herb poached shrimp served warm tossed in a garlic and roast red pepper sauce served with grilled bread

3rd Course
Paella
Chorizo, Chicken, Calamari, Mussels and Clams

4th Course
Adobo Seared Pork Chop
lemon and peppercorn butter, patatas’s bravas and roasted pequillo pepper mushrooms
